Personal data

Store and project data

When you connect a Magento store, we process the prompts, instructions, credentials, configurations, code, and files you make available to us, solely to deliver the Service you requested. Work is performed on a sandboxed copy of your store wherever possible.

• To provide and maintain the Service — monitoring usage to ensure functionality and performance, troubleshooting, resolving errors, and optimizing the Service.
• To manage your account — registration, account management, and access to features available to registered users.
• To perform our contract with you — processing payments, fulfilling orders, and delivering purchased services.
• To contact you — essential communications such as updates, security alerts, and important notices about functionality, performance, or security.
• For marketing and communications — news, offers, and updates about services similar to those you have used or purchased, unless you have opted out.
• To manage your requests — processing and responding to inquiries, support requests, and feedback.
• For business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable data protection laws.

We do not sell your personal data. Where AI models are used to deliver the Service, your Content is used only to fulfil your requests and is not used to train third-party public models.

Usage data is generally kept for a shorter period, unless used to enhance security or improve the Service, or where we are legally required to keep it longer.

After termination, your Content and analytics data remain retrievable for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

Your information, including personal data, is processed at our operating offices in the United States and the Republic of Latvia, and in other locations where the parties involved in the processing are based. This means your information may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country or jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ.
