Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on withari.ai, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Choose which optional cookies we may use. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them.
Required to run the site and the Service — session handling, sign-in state, security, and load balancing. They are temporary and cannot be switched off.
Session ID, authentication state, cookie preference record.
Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve pages, flows, and performance. Data is aggregated and used for internal analysis.
Hotjar (session behaviour and heatmaps), page-view measurement.
Let us understand which companies and channels bring visitors to us, and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Leadfeeder (company-level visitor identification), campaign attribution.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, keep you signed in, and help the site owner understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Used to store basic information such as user and session data, to maintain your session and provide access to the Service, and to remember the cookie choices you make here. These are temporary and are generally deleted when your session ends. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics and product insight. Used to measure how visitors interact with our pages so we can improve them. This includes Hotjar, which records aggregated behavioural data such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation paths.
Marketing and attribution. Used to understand which companies and channels bring visitors to our site and to measure campaign effectiveness. This includes Leadfeeder, which identifies visiting organizations rather than individuals.
We do not use advertising cookies that build personal profiles for third-party ad targeting.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties acting as our processors or independent providers, including Hotjar, Leadfeeder, HubSpot (forms and contact requests), and Stripe (payments and fraud prevention). These providers process data under their own privacy notices in addition to our agreements with them.
4. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — typically up to 12 months for analytics and attribution cookies — unless you delete them earlier.
5. Managing cookies
You can change your choices at any time using the Manage cookies panel at the top of this page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers allow you to refuse all cookies or to be notified when one is set. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site and the Service from working.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. Questions? Email info@agentformagento.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
